Sales Manager
About the role
We're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to build and lead our early sales team.
What you'll do:
- Recruit, train, and manage a small team of AEs and SDRs
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Establish sales processes, playbooks, and CRM workflows
- Forecast revenue and report directly to the founders
- Work closely with Product and Marketing to refine our ICP and messaging
What we're looking for
Requirements:
- 12th grade pass or higher
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
- Freshers are welcome to apply — we'll train the right candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with social media / messaging apps
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
